Day One — Depart Broome

You’ll be welcomed aboard the Diversity with a refreshing drink and canapés at 4:30 PM. The crew will show you to your cabin before the chef prepares dinner, featuring the finest local produce from Broome.

Day Two — The Lagoon

After an overnight steam, MV Diversity arrives at the Lagoon at 8 AM, where you can enjoy a refreshing breakfast before heading to the dive spot known as “The West Side.” This coral wall is teeming with large tropical fish and the possibility of spotting a shark or two. We’ll stop for a light lunch before diving into the afternoon adventure. The Dive Master will guide you through an underwater playground, where you’ll encounter big tuna, mackerel, sharks, and the gentle Potato Cods. Afterward, towel off and prepare for a gourmet barbecue on the sandy beach of Bedwell Islet, with evening entertainment provided by the island’s vibrant tropical birds.

Day Three — The Edge

We’ll anchor at 8 AM in the pristine waters of the lagoon at Clerk Reef. The lagoon boasts an incredible array of tropical fish darting among stunning corals. After lunch, you can rest your fins and relax during a guided drift dive through “The Edge,” located on the border of the atoll. The afternoon at “The Edge” offers something for everyone: you can drop a line in, dive, snorkel, or simply kick back and watch the sun sink into the ocean.

Day Four — Mermaid Reef

Wake up with a refreshing snorkel in the channel before we steam to Mermaid Reef, a pristine National Marine Reserve that remains virtually untouched. Slip into the current and glide past giant clams and sleek white-tip reef sharks to meet the local Potato Cods at the famous Cod Hole. Relax in the sunshine while the crew refills your tanks onboard in preparation for your first evening dive. Watch as the reef comes alive under the moonlight, showcasing a vibrant array of fish and coral.

Day Five — The Wall

Get ready for adventure as we explore “The Wall,” the most spectacular dive spot in the Shoals. This sheer 100-metre vertical drop is home to a stunning array of corals and vividly colored fish. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a Hammerhead Shark before drifting on to observe turtles and other exquisite formations. After lunch, we’ll dive into “The Net,” an exciting experience that will guide you through reefs and overhanging caves, all while the marine life watches on. As the sun sets, relax and enjoy a fresh seafood dinner while the crew prepares for the overnight journey back to Broome.

Day Six — Arrive in Broome

Depending on conditions, we aim to disembark at Gantheaume Point in Broome at 8 AM.

• All Day Adventures: We’re passionate about the Kimberley and can’t wait to share it with you. Our days are filled with adventure, ensuring you don’t miss a thing! We strive to offer a swim, walk, and fishing expedition every day, allowing you to choose your own adventure!
• Housekeeping: Our motto is “Adventure by Day and Luxury by Night”. Your cabin, living areas and bathrooms are serviced daily. Our stewardess will take care of your laundry, and be on call 24/7 to take care of your every need!
• Alcohol: We are not licensed to sell alcohol on board, however we do offer an alcohol purchasing service  where we will collect, deliver and chill your beverages ready for your arrival on board.
